Firing Wade now would only make a bad situation worse.

Wade is not only our HC but he's the DC as well, so Jerry would have to replace two key members of the coaching staff by just firing one person.

And it makes no sense to bring in a new head coach mid season unless he'd be the coaching the team next year.

We need to take our lumps over the next 9 games, overhaul the coaching staff, overhaul the roster and start anew

Yes, they are Overrated, in many areas of the team. From the Players, to the Coaches and Owner. But also, people's expectations of the Cowboys are overrated. I mean they win one playoff game, and people want to put them in the Superbowl. They have a bunch of B+ Players, with C- Coaches. And for the people bashing Romo, stats don't lie, only issue with him is leadership, He has the Eli Manning syndrome as far as leadership. They have no O-Line, Defense is really not that good minus Ware. Secondary is super weak, and has been for 4-5 Seasons. Receiving core, is just Average. The running back position might be the strongest point on this team, but they get no love from Jason Garrett. This team has quit on this season, coach, and sadly the Fans....
